Day 1/ Arrive in Casablanca.

Enter the arrivals hall where you will be met by your tour manager. he will be holding a sign showing "Marrakech Insight" for easy identification. Departure airport and drive to Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. welcoming Dinner and an overnight accommodation.

Day 2/ Casablanca.

Morning visit to the jewish Museum_the only Jewish museum in the Arab world.the museum is set in an attractive garden villa that once functioned as a Jewish orphanage. continue toBet El synagogue is one of the largest and most beautiful noted for its stained glass windows , in the style of Marc Chagall . Enjoy lunch at Rick,s Cafe .

End the day at Hassan 2 Mosque , one of the only mosques in the country open to non_Muslims.
Multi language guided tours of the interior are conducted outside prayer times for modestly clad visitors.
Dinner at leisure.

Day 3/ Casablanca - Rabat - Meknes - fez.

Today is a long day of driving and lunch will be around 1.00 pm so consider picking up a snack at the breakfast this morning! 7.00 depart Casablanca early this morning and head east for just over an hour stopping at Rabat.Stroll through the cobblestone alleys the millennium _old oudaya _casbah. Stop at Rabat,s Jewish cemetery which includes tombs with inscriptions of important saints, such as Eliezer de Avila and Chalom Zaoui. drive east two hours to chateaux Roslane to have tasting tour of some of Moroccan wine.

!.00.PM.Enjoy lunch in a superb new restaurant set amid the winery's vineyards.part of hotel they opened recently. After lunch , will be heading to Meknes, stop at the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail A 40 minute drive brings you to the vast ruins of Volubilis.

6.00PM at the end of the afternoon drive about an hour and a half to the fabled city of Fez Overnight at the road , a true architectural gem where no two rooms are the same!

Day 4/ Fez.

Spend the day exploring fez. Visit tannery , outside of the Al_Karaouine university and its mosque Stop in the bougueddach collective close to Moulay Idriss tomb. coming outside tomb complex of Moulay Idriss 2.

Stop at the the souk an nejjarine square and museum.walking uphill a bit, see the henna souk where cosmetics and henna on display as well as a lot of organ oil. After lunch, a short distance to medusa Bouanania and fez water clock. Dinner will be at the Maimonide jewish club. overnight accommodation in your riad.

Day 5/ Fez.

After breakfast meet with one of the youngest photographers in fez who will come to the hotel with some of his photos and talk about his work. continue on to the American foundouk founded in 1927 at the behest of Amy bend bishop. After lunch, explore the city's mellah located outside of the medina close by is Danan synagogue The nearby Salat Alfassiyine is an equally exquisite 17th century synagogue named and created for the residents of fez, rather than the newcomers.

The Jewish cemetery here, whose graves, only recently fully cataloged, are spread over a large sloping plot where notable rabbis are set off in a separate section and offerings are left for sol Hachuel. Adjoining the cemetery is a museum created by Edmond Gabby in a former school. one of the remaining jews of fez9under 100,all living in the new city), Mr.Gabby 81,has made it his mission to collect and display the goods and chattels the jews left behind.

Day 6/ Fez - Erfoud.

Early morning departure from fez for a full drive to Erfoud, the gateway to Erg chebbi one of two large seas of sand dunes in Morocco. About one hour and a half you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the middle Atlas Mountains. Moroccan Switzerland as it was named with its red tiles on top of the roofs. You will begin to feel the contrast that exists in Morocco its architecture, mountains full of different kind of animals, like Barbay apes....etc.

Enjoy your lunch with a local berber family in Middle which sits in the middle of apple orchards and walnut trees, then continue driving to the Ziz valley with a stop at the panoramique view of Tafilat Oasis. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7/ Merzouga

Enjoy some free day this morning. Morning explore the area around Erfoud stopping first to learn more about the fossils in the area. we will stop at Morabit Marbre -a store-that provides a good introduction to the geological history of the region . from here drive a short distance to sleepy Rissani where you will enjoy one of the specialty of the region named MEDFOUNA or berber pizza.

stop at the tomb of Moulay Ali sherif, the father of Moulay Ismail. close by is the community of Khamlia and there will be chance to listen to their music this afternoon. Late afternoon leave your mini -van and take 4/4 with overnight bags to a point where you can choose to continue by camel OR you can stay with the 4/4. the camels have comfortable saddles and led by a local Moroccan. The ride is about 40 minutes as you go deep into the highest dunes in Morocco- the towering Erg chebbi upon arrival at the camp to enjoy the sun set Dinner will be served in the dinning tent

Day 8/ Merzouga - Ouarzazate

After sun rise and breakfast return to your mini van and continue by road to ourrzazate, a berber city in the south-central Morocco via the "the route of 1000 kasbah stop for lunch at Tinghir the last town to be under the French control.

after lunch detour a little to admire the Todra Gorge which offers some of Morocco's most dramatic scenery. continue west the dramatic High Atlas to the north .Stop at the Tiylite to visit the small Jewish cemetery here.as with most of the jewish cemeteries the caretakers are local muslims. Drive through the valley of roses with a stop at the film studio in ourrzazate , a few kilometers is the UNESCO world site ait benhaddou will be one overnight accommodation.

Day 9/ Ait ben haddou - Marrakech.

visit of the site , a beautiful ksar where UNESCOhas taken an interest in restoring small sections of the inner sanctum. Depart afterwards to Marrakech , about three and half hours over the dramatic Tizi-N-tichka pass to Marrakech. About 30 minutes before Marrakech make a detour for lunch cafe Bowles . at the anima garden and a visit. after lunch continue towards Marrakech making a stop at the Museum of African contemporary Art which opened its doors to global audiences in February 2018.

at the helm of the museum are Moroccan art collectors and father-and -son duo salami Lazraq and ottoman Lazraq. MACAAL brings the lazraq family's private collections of contemporary African art- amassed over the past 40 years-to a broader audience. Upon arrival to Marrakech transfer to your hotel. An orientation of the famous square jema el fenna.

Day 10/ Marrakech.

Morning visit to historical Marrakech including Koutoubia,Maison de la photographie with its extraordinary collection of 3500 photographs about Morocco between 1870 and 1950.Sip mint tea at the Maison,s secret rooftop cafè which offers the highest panoramic views of Marrakech. After lunch drive to the upscale neighborhood of gueliz to visit a garden called Majorelle garden, berber museum and Yves saint Laurent Museum

Day 11/ Marrakech.

Morning visit to Lazama synagogue, located in the Mellah which dates back to the 16 th century, jewish cemetery and will proceed to Bahia palace. a prime example of Moorish - Andalusian architecture .Lunch will be with a jewish family Balance of the day at leisure. A farewell dinner.

Day 12/ Depart.

Depart the hotel to transfer to the airport. END OF Services.
